These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Tiddlers & Nippers Ltd. By using the website you agree to these terms, and you use the website at your own risk. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the best of our knowledge, the information on our website, including prices, descriptions and product details, is accurate at the time of publication. However, we can't guarantee the website is completely free from errors, and we may update the website and its content at any time without notice.
Information we collect
Unless you choose to give it to us, for example by placing an order or subscribing to our mailing list, we don't collect any personal information when you visit our website. When you place an order, we store your name, email address, delivery address and phone number so we can fulfil your order and give you the best possible service. Your order and our contract with you
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product from us. We'll send you an email confirming the details of your order, and our contract with you exists once you receive that confirmation. We must receive full payment for all goods and delivery charges before your order is accepted. Once payment is received, we'll process and dispatch your order, and send you an email when it's on its way.
If we find an obvious error or pricing mistake relating to your order, we may withdraw from the contract. If this happens, we'll contact you by email as soon as possible with the correct price, and ask whether you'd like to cancel the order or continue at the correct price.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery charges and timescales.
Your right to cancel and return
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may cancel your order within 3 weeks of placing it. You'll need to return the products to us unused and unmarked, in their original packaging and with no signs of damage. If your order qualified for free delivery and returning an item takes it below the £35 free-delivery threshold, a £3.99 charge will be deducted from your refund. Personalised items can't be refunded unless they're faulty. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Availability of products
We always aim to show accurate stock levels on our website. If, in the unlikely event, an item becomes unavailable and we can't fulfil your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund. Product availability may change without notice.
Prices
All prices, including delivery charges, are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We always try to make sure our prices are correct, but in the unlikely event of a pricing error we may withdraw from the contract, as explained above. Sales, discounts and promotions
We may run sales, promotional pricing and discount codes from time to time, in line with current legislation.
- Discount and promotional codes can only be used once per order, and some codes may be limited to one use per customer.
- Codes can only be used on our website (www.tiddlersandnippers.com) and our app, not on any third-party website or marketplace.
- Codes must be applied at the time of purchase and can't be added afterwards.
- Codes can't be used together with any other voucher, code or offer.
- We may withdraw any offer, discount or code at any time.
- Individual offers may have their own terms in addition to these.
Free UK delivery on orders over £35: orders of £35 or more on our website receive free delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Our 6-month guarantee
All our products come with a 6-month guarantee. If a product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to put it right, by repair or replacement. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

You must use our website lawfully and in a way that doesn't damage it or interrupt access to it.
