Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Ideally by live chat or email.
If your order has already been dispatched, we wont be able to cancel your order and the item will need to be returned to us for a refund.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Our main couriers are EVRI, DPD & Royal Mail.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we have a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturing defects. We don't cover accidental damage, wear & tear or loss.
