Delete Account

This page explains how to ask Tiddlers & Nippers Ltd to delete your customer account and the personal data linked to it. It applies to accounts created on our website (tiddlersandnippers.com) and in the Tiddlers & Nippers app.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@tiddlersandnippers.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my account.
3. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your customer account and login
• Saved addresses and contact details
• Your app favourites and price-drop or back-in-stock alerts
• Your app notification settings
• Your marketing preferences (you will no longer receive our emails or texts)

What we keep

We must keep records of past orders and invoices for 6 years to meet UK tax law (HMRC). These are kept securely and are not used for marketing. They are deleted at the end of that period.

Just want to remove some data?

You can also ask us to delete specific information, such as your app favourites or marketing preferences, without deleting your whole account. Email us at hello@tiddlersandnippers.com and tell us what you would like removed.
